Is the VIN number on your auto policy correct? Now all insurance companies notify the DMV electronically when your insurance renews. It is important to have all of the correct information on your policy. Occasionally a digit can be mis-read (ie. 5 for S) and the DMV will not receive your insurance information. Please take a moment to compare your auto ID card to your registration or VIN plate on your car, and verify the numbers match. If updates are needed please let us know.
